    This small reserve containing just one marked grave of an unknown person and a damaged, burnt out memorial is all that remains of the original Smithfield Cemetery gazetted in December 1878. Sad reflections of a once thriving community from bygone times. Pity this site can't be maintained in a more respectful manner.
